Manchester United are set to take on Coventry this afternoon as Erik ten Hag's side look to book their place in the FA Cup final.

It is United's last opportunity to win a trophy this season and an FA Cup win could help Ten Hag keep his job. United go into the game without a win in their last four matches, having lost to Chelsea and drawn with Brentford, Liverpool and Bournemouth.

However, Ten Hag remains confident his side will progress against a Coventry side that have already knocked out Premier League opposition. With that being said, take a look at all of the latest headlines coming out of Old Trafford:

Zidane interest

Zinedine Zidane has been out of work since leaving Real Madrid in 2021 and the Frenchman has been heavily linked with the Bayern Munich job.

Thomas Tuchel is set to leave Bayern at the end of the season and a report from L'Equipe states that Zidane is being eyed as a potential replacement. However, the report also notes that Zidane is in no rush to accept the job as he is also keeping an eye on the situation at Old Trafford.

Zidane is said to be the intrigued by the project at United, with new co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe now in full control of football operations and Ten Hag's position as manager under threat should the Red Devils fail to qualify for the Champions League.

Ten Hag shares Garnacho reminder

After Alejandro Garnacho liked several tweets criticising Ten Hag for substituting him against Bournemouth, the Dutchman admitted the teenage winger still has a lot to learn.

One of the posts stated that Garnacho "had a poor first half, but taking him off at half-time and holding him up as the problem is a joke" and Ten Hag is understood to have responded angrily after becoming aware of the situation.

However, Garnacho has since apologised and it appears the matter has now been dealt with, with Ten Hag saying: "Alejandro is a young player… he has to learn a lot. He has apologised for it and we move on."

Casemiro opens up on Man Utd move

Casemiro has revealed he almost pulled the plug on his move to Old Trafford after an emotional meeting with Carlo Ancelotti. "I go to talk to Ancelotti and he already knew I was leaving," Casemiro told El Chiringuito de Jugones. "I entered his office, and when he turned around, I saw he was crying. Ancelotti was crying. And I am thinking, 'Why are you crying? No, you can't be crying.'

"And Carlo told me that he didn't want me to leave and that he loved me very much… and in that moment I doubted [the move] and realised how many people loved me here. But I had already committed to it; I had given my word, and my word is more important than anything."
