Chloe Sims has spoken about "drama" involving her family, with her suggesting that "egos got involved" and saying that she was "blindsided" by the situation with her siblings.
The reality TV star, 42 - who rose to fame on the Only Way is Essex - appears alongside her three siblings on OnlyFans' House of Sims. The show premiered last year on streaming platform OFTV and the second season launched recently.
The show follows the family, which includes Chloe's younger siblings Charlie Sims, 32, Frankie Sims, 28, and Demi Sims, 27, as they "chase their dreams" in Los Angeles. They are joined for the experience by Charlie's partner Georgia Shults, 32.
There's said to have been a "falling out" within the group after the first season though, which was teased in the latest episode. Demi and Frankie are said to have returned to the UK following tension between some of the siblings, whilst Chloe, Charlie and Georgia remained in the US instead.
At the start of the second season's first episode, viewers were told: "After the siblings moved in together, there was a falling out. Demi and Frankie decided to cut ties and moved back to the UK permanently. The Sims have not seen or spoken to each other in nearly a year."
Former Towie stars look unrecognisable in adorable childhood throwback snap - can you guess who?A synopsis for the episode, which was released earlier this month, teases: "Demi and Frankie return to L.A. after months without speaking to their siblings. But are Chloe, Charlie, and Georgia ready to welcome them back?"
Demi has suggested that from her point of view the argument stems from a dispute over a WiFi bill. She has suggested suggested that herself and Frankie had wanted their names on it in a bid to build up credit whilst living abroad.
Charlie said at the start of the episode that him and Chloe "did a lot of the legwork" with the family's relocation, and suggested tensions grew over a phone bill. He said that it has since "escalated into different arguments," adding: "I think it was a lot of building blocks [and] eventually that was the last block that fell down."
Chloe spoke to Closer about the situation, discussing how she was feeling now that the new season has launched. She said: "We've had some drama, which obviously makes it completely different." She said that in the first season the family were "really happy" and "really united," but said that in the latest season "it kind of breaks down".
She continued: "It did get intense because, I don't know … I hate to say it, but I think egos got involved. And I think working with three sisters involved could lead to that." Chloe added that she wishes that it "didn't happen" and "didn't see it coming," telling the outlet that she was "blindsided".
It comes after Chloe wrote on Instagram last month: "I should be celebrating this as one of my proudest moments; Filming & co-producing season 2 of my show House Of Sims whilst living my dream in Los Angeles. Unfortunately life doesn't always play out the way that we plan and we have to take the ups with the downs."
She added at the time: "Family has always been the most important thing to me. I have included my family on every step of my professional and personal journey so to share this unfortunate event with the world. A private moment of turmoil within my family really breaks my heart. Since I started reality TV I have promised to be my authentic self and film MY reality. The highs and the lows. Sadly this moment isn't one I'm proud of.."
