Victoria Beckham is one of the UK's biggest style icons. From her Posh bob hairstyle during her Spice Girls days to her own fashion brand, which was established in 2008, we have been obsessing over her looks for as long as we can remember. So naturally, when The Mirror's fashion team heard she was launching a collection with high-street brand Mango, it's safe to say we were excited.
As soon as the launch dropped on April 23, just six days after the designer's birthday, we rushed to the Mango website to feast our eyes on the delicate, stylish, statement pieces the 50-year-old designer had cooked up and we can't get enough of them.
Announcing the edit to Instagram, Mango shared a video compilation that showcased just some of the designs from what is sure to be the collection of the season, along with the caption: "Modern femininity meets enduring quality and timeless elegance. Discover #VictoriaBeckhamxMango in selected stores and at mango.com."

Unsurprisingly, the announcement was met with a barrage of encouraging messages from fans that said "gorgeous", "wow" and "I want it all".
The Victoria Beckham x Mango collection features elegant evening slip and daytime T-shirt dresses, trench coats, blazers, shirts, bags - one of which is already sold out, wide-leg trousers and more in glorious shades. Much of the edit is inspired by the style icon's own wardrobe, her high-end designer label as well as the muse for the famous Birken Bag, Jane Birken - in particular her character in iconic French film La Piscine, reports The Telegraph.
While the collection isn't exactly low budget friendly, with prices ranging from £50 to £300, it'll certainly cost less than if you were to invest in a garment from her label. Speaking about this new collaboration with Mango with The Telegraph, Victoria Beckham confirmed there has been zero compromise on quality despite the lower prices and explained: "I am very proud of what we have created together. It feels very modern to bring the two brands together and build on our expertise, and I was very impressed by the Mango team’s level of execution, attention to detail and savoir-faire."
She also revealed the pieces she is most fond of, sharing: "I really love the easy slip dresses and the tailoring in particular. There is a cheekiness, but it is also very put together with a sensuality as well." Us too, VB, us too.

How dreamy is this Godets dress? (Mango)As soon as I laid my eyes on this Godets dress with decorative stitching, £170, I was in awe. Ranging from sizes six to 12 and coming in both black and pale-pink, the dress is ideal for the warmer days ahead. Made from flowy, sheer fabric, the dress has an breath-taking evasé design - meaning it's narrow at the top and flares gently wider towards the bottom. It also features a criss-cross pattern on the bodice and a godet design at the bottom of the skirt.

Although a casual design, the shell-like style adds is certainly gorgeous with its larger button-down closure and contrasting knit hem on the cuffs. Available in sizes XS to L, it's the ultimate work top for when the weather gets a little warmer and will add a lovely texture with some wide-leg black pants. Get the sweater here.

The perfect trench coat for spring and summer (Mango)You don't need to tell us twice that spring is the season for trench coats. And despite being at the higher end of Mango's prices at £300, this new 100% cotton long trench coat from Victoria's line has it all and might be my favourite style trench to date.
The back is main event as it features three different layering panels, in shades of yellow-stone buff and an olive-like hue. It's just stunning. The jacket is also slightly asymmetrical with the front panels measuring slightly longer than the back, which is divided by a side split.
