The aptly named Thermonator is the world's first ever flamethrower-wielding robot dog, according to creators Throwflame.

Ohio-based Throwflame have announced the hot bot is now on sale for $9,420 (£7,610) and available for purchase by the general public and government agencies such as the military.
They say it can be used to deliver "on-demand fire anywhere".
However, the firm has cautiously framed Thermonator as not being a weapon - despite flamethrowers being defined as such in some countries like the UK where they're prohibited.
Instead, Throwflame claims the device is useful for wildfire control and prevention, agricultural management, ecological conservation, snow and ice removal, or just for entertainment.
Footage of the canine was posted on the company's website showing it run through woodland and snow-filled settings blasting a stream of flames.
According to the company, flamethrowers are federally unregulated tools in the US and are not considered a firearm by the BATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives).
