During their chat, Lorraine Kelly talked with Richard about his favourite football team, Dundee United. But everything stopped short when Jessica chimed in with a distinct West Yorkshire accent. This led host Lorraine to exclaim: "You obviously sound so different!" She praised Jessica's Scottish accent and admitted that she really thought Jessica was from Scotland. Lorraine added: "Can I say as a Scottish person - and we are both Scottish people [gesturing to Richard] - cracking accent. I honestly thought you were Scottish."
Jessica, visibly amused, could only respond with a polite: "Thank you so much." Lorraine then continued: "And you speaking like that, it's like 'wow! Is Jessica talking funny?' It's amazing."
