But that’s why this professional cleaner has shared her budget buys that get the same results, so that you can clean for less.
A celebrity cleaner, who goes by the name of DiamondGemCleaning, shared her five trusty go-to products that prove getting your house sparkling "doesn’t have to be expensive.”
It was in response to a comment she received on TikTok, asking: “Could you do a video on cheap cleaning products, including just the products you need to clean your whole house. I’m sick of spending £60 on cleaning products”.

With that the celebrity cleaner went on a trip to Poundland for a cleaning haul, highlighting just six basic products that will get your house sparkling.
“If you follow me, you’ll know I use really basic cleaning products to achieve my results.”
The Diamond Gems first cleaning product may surprise you. She grabs a bottle of Original Fairy Up liquid for just £1 as she boasts: “I could clean the whole house with this.”
Next up is Cif Cream cleaner which she says is, “brilliant for the bathroom cleaning and removing limescale.”
Without hesitation the cleaning whizz picks up Astonish The Thing cleaning paste and throws it in her basket.
“Cleaning paste will remove any stubborn marks or stains,” she advised.
Bleach is another essential on this cleaning professionals list and she opted for Astonish Multi Purpose cleaner for just £1.
Her fifth item that every household needs is a toilet cleaner and this Diamond Gem recommends Harpic Power Plus as “the best toilet cleaner for removing limescale.”
If you’re a fan of Mugler Alien perfume and wouldn’t mind your home boosting the same scent, she recommends using Zoflora Midnight Bloom disinfectant.
Finishing off with a pack of sponges she’s off to complete her clean but not before admitting there’s only two things missing, Mr Sheen Polish and some white vinegar.

Her shopping came to £8.50 altogether, however it’s worth noting that if you’re shopping for cleaning supplies, they’re sold for cheaper on Poundland’s website.
