Gemma Owen's mum makes cryptic 'fakery' dig after Love Island star's Luca splitSince leaving the villa last year, Jess returned to work as an aesthetics practitioner.
She showed off some of her work on the show, revealing that she’d actually injected her own Botox before entering Casa Amor.
Despite only being 22, Jess injected her forehead because she was so terrified of having “wrinkles” on the ITV2 show.
Jess, from West London, said before the Love Island launch: “The other day I did do my own Botox because no one was available.
“It was horrible, but I had to do it. You can’t have wrinkles on telly.”
Jess has also been getting lip filler since she was 18 and progressed to her cheeks, because “it just gives a structure to the face”.
However, she’s now revealed that she plans to have it dissolved.
“Finally getting my lip fillers dissolved,” she wrote on her Instagram story on Wednesday.
However, she admitted she was terrified for one particular reason.
“And even being a practitioner myself, I am SOOO scared of needles,” she wrote.
