Kris kept the birthday buzz going when she showed off her svelte style at another party - this time celebrating the 42nd birthday of Derek Blasberg, YouTube's Head of Fashion and Beauty.

However, fans noted how smooth Kris' skin looked, and claimed she'd used filters to airbrush her features.
