Blink-182 singer Tom DeLonge fell to his knees and "vomited" as he suffered from a heat stroke during the band's concert in Paraguay this week.
As temperatures soared at a scorching 95 degrees at the March 21 concert in Asunción, Paraguay, the 48-year-old singer worried fans as he expectedly stepped off stage in the middle of their performance. The famous rock band member was seen drenched in sweat and losing his vision before stepping off stage and excusing himself to vomit. But despite the terrifying incident, Tom got right back on his feet and powered through to finish the show for his South American fans.
The guitarist later addressed the incident on Instagram posting a snap of him onstage in Paraguay with a view of a jam packed crowd. He wrote: "This was about 1 min before the heat stroke hit. Fell to my knees, everything went blurry, then [I] wobbled to the side of the stage and vomited for a bit. Super fun."

In the spur of the moment the band decided to replace their songs Turpentine and Aliens Exist with Always and Man Overboard. The band went on to perform 15 more songs during the show and were called back for an encore during which they played their hit song One More Time.

Tom continued: "Man, this was not something I’ve ever felt before,” he added: “95 Degrees at a(n) 11pm on stage. But… I made it back and finished the show. Cause that’s what Navy Seals do…”

One fan wrote: "Seeing your idol almost fade away in front of you due to the heat, and still trying to play and sing with a wind chill of 40 degrees Celsius at midnight, is priceless, Tom DeLonge, you are the greatest human man, I love you forever." Another fan commented: "Dear Tom, sorry for bringing you to hell itself. But in this hell called Paraguay we f****g love you." And a third wrote: "Drink lots of water!!! Wear light clothes! It's hot in Latin America but it's because we all love you."
After the Paraguay show Blink-182 went on to perform at Lollapalooza Brasil and are now heading north for a handful of concerts in Mexico. The band will be making their return to the U.S. during the summer and will wrap up their tour with a run of shows in the U.K.
