NOVAK DJOKOVIC bizarrely appeared to point at his manhood after his Australian Open victory over Stefanos Tsitsipas.
The Serbian made history as he won a record-equalling 22nd Grand Slam to draw level with Rafael Nadal.

Donning a jacket bearing the number "22", Djokovic said after the match: âWhat a journey it has been for my family, team and myself.
