Eve, 24, who entered the villa in February with her sister Jess, recently opened up about her romance with Demi on a podcast.
It wasn't meant to be with Eve and Casey after they quickly fizzled out, but Eve looks like she's found a deep connection with Demi.
Appearing on the Private Story podcast, she said: "It's actually so crazy because I went on that podcast and Demi mentioned the date and, after that, suddenly it was like my 'coming out'.
"I didn't see it like that, it was a date. Everyone's gone crazy with it like, 'oh my god, they're official and in a relationship, she's my girlfriend'."
Eve added: "Obviously she's not my girlfriend, we just had a little date."
Her twin sister Jess chimed in that Eve and Demi are "taking it slow".
It's not the first time Eve has spoken out about the situation.
Gemma Collins breaks down in tears and left shaking with emotion on holidayIn an exclusive interview with The Sun last week, she said: "I love Demi, she's a really great girl. Because of the dates, a lot of people think we're in a really serious relationship.
"But it's very chilled and I really like being in her company. We're just seeing where it goes to be honest."
But not everyone was happy to hear about Demi and Eve's blossoming romance.
It came just weeks after the House of Sims star snogged Too Hot To Handle's Chloe Veitch at the Celebrity Ex on the Beach launch party.
Sources later revealed Chloe had hoped their passion would turn into something more.
One said: "Demi asked Chloe on a date after Chloe sent her flowers.
"But then Demi's romance with Eve came out and now Chloe and Demi are no longer following each other on Instagram."
