The K-pop band Blackpink, from South Korea, are breaking records as quickly as they make them, here is a rundown of who makes up the group:
Jennie

Jennie spent the longest time within it out of any of the group, leaving after six years.

Despite being the only member of the band to not speak English, she is fluent in Korean, Japanese and Chinese.
It is planned that she will join the rest of the bandmembers in releasing her own solo album this year.
Rose

She is the lead singer of the band and their fanbase cannot get enough of her unique tones.

Lisa

She is also fluent in English and Japanese.
A fan-favourite, she is best known for her unique dance moves and rapping, often breaking into impromptu dance which inevitably ends up going viral.
After releasing her own solo album, she was awarded a MTV Video Music Award for best K-pop video in 2022.
In addition to this, she was awarded two accolades by the Guinness World Records for "most viewed YouTube music video by a solo artist in 24 hours" and "most viewed YouTube music video in 24 hours by a solo K-pop artist."

BlackPink often release singles and have had collaborations with Dua Lipa, Lady Gaga and Selena Gomez.
