Loose Women's panellist and star of Birds of a Feather, Linda Robson, had an emotional moment that sparked quite a stir on social media.
A video was shared on X (previously known as Twitter ) where she was recorded shedding tears. Football fans saw Linda at the Emirates Stadium in North London witnessing a Premier League match between Arsenal and Bournemouth amid an incredibly intense title race.
The TV personality was evidently moved to tears as Arsenal F. C.'s anthem, The Angel (North London Forever), echoed throughout the stadium accompanied by fans belting out the lyrics. A spectator provided an explanation for her crying, revealing it was the first time Linda had heard the song, penned and sung by her son Louis Dunford, played during a match.
A social media user who uploaded the touching footage wrote: "Louis Dunford's mother, Linda Robson, reacting to hearing her son's song 'North London Forever' for the first time at the Emirates." Very soon, numerous fans began posting comments on the heartening video of Linda, with quite a few expressing surprise to find out about the singing talent of Louis and that the famous Arsenal fan is indeed Linda's son, reports the Express.
One Arsenal supporter posted: "Mind blown," when they discovered the link between Louis and Linda, while another chimed in with: "Had no idea Linda is Louis' mum." Two months after the song's release, Arsenal fans shared it on social media and suggested it should become the football club's pre-match anthem, an idea that Gunners manager Mikel Arteta fully supported. Linda confirmed her split from Louis' father Mark Dunford in November last year.
The actress and window cleaning company owner Mark have two children together, while Linda also has a daughter Lauren, 40, from her previous relationship with Tony Tyler.
