Tammy Slaton has been warned about fame after 1000-lb Sisters.
The TLC star has been active on her social media in recent weeks, reaping the benefits of her new-found following after years on TV. But with popularity comes increasing amounts of people wanting to get closer to the star, something her fans are keeping a close eye on as the 37-year-old continues sharing snaps with a new friendship group.
Rising to stardom alongside her sister Amy Slaton, she's becoming more and more independent these days. Only recently did she go on a "girls' trip" with her new mates, and it appears she's back with the gang, uploading a video with the group on Tuesday.

1000-lb Sisters star Amy accused of 'using pregnancy as unhealthy eating excuse'Replying to another follower asking who the girls were in Tammy's post, a second replied: "People who want to weasel their way onto Tammy and Amy's show." While a third said: "Users who don't care about her. I feel bad for Tammy because people weren't nice to her before fame and now she's vulnerable to people like this."
A final concluded: "Ooof.. she's brought in a second person to profit off Tammy and her popularity." But not everyone's that skeptical about Tammy's new friendship, with another follower replying: "Guys. Maybe they are actually f--king friends I don't know.
"I don't care but what I DO see is Tammy not slipping up and staying active. That's all that matters. If they're good friends and a support system so be it!!!!" While another commented: "Tammy is looking great! Y'all stop hating on her friends. She needs support from other places and it seems like she's getting just that."
They added: "I'm proud of her progress. Can't wait to see the results after skin removal." It comes after Tammy pretended to hunt for food in a side-splitting video on Instagram. She filmed the clip during her girl's trip with pal Haley Michelle, lip-syncing along to a funny moment from Alvin and the Chipmunks. She looked slimmer than ever for the "cheese balls" clip, showing off her incredible 440lb (31 stone) loss.
"Nada... Simon," the pair's pal says, kicking off the video. The camera pans to Tammy, who is playing clever chipmunk Simon. She says: "It's a food ghost town in here." The TLC star proudly delivers the line after her own struggles with food, documented on TV.
"Alvin?" Tammy asks as the footage turns to Haley, playing Alvin, who says: "Holla, the cheese balls are in the house." Fans couldn't get enough of the hilarious clip, with one writing in the comments: "Tammy is so cute.. enjoy everyday every minute of it. Love u."
Another added: "Wow love that lipcolor on you Tammy…looking good , so happy for you because you deserve." Tammy appeared to glam up for the moment, wearing a full face of make-up and striking lip stick. Haley says they had "so much fun" filming the video.
