Kim Kardashian revealed she is “really excited” by her new secret project that “feels so right”.
The 43-year-old reality star has been developing her acting skills over the last year, and landed a huge role in Ryan Murphy's anthology series American Horror Story: Delicate, playing villain Siobhan opposite Emma Roberts. Despite receiving mixed reviews for her portrayal of the publicist who ends up being unveiled as a centuries-old witch and Devil worshipper, Kim is keen for more Hollywood roles, and has teased an upcoming new project.
The mother-of-four revealed in a new interview that she’s been cast again by Ryan Murphy in a new show, and the role has made Kim’s dreams come true. The Kardashians star will play a lawyer in an as-yet-untitled legal drama, and she told Variety she was excited to get started. “I'm really excited about it. And, again, that confidence that he believes in me to take this project on means so much to me. And it feels so right as a character that I could be a lawyer in real life and play one on TV,” she gushed.

Kim played Siobhan in the latest American Horror Story series (FX)Glee creator Ryan has hinted at some details surrounding the new show, and in an episode of The Kardashians last month, cameras filmed the meeting between the famed showrunner and the Skims founder. “Kim is the world's best, most expensive divorce lawyer, and she has her own firm, and the thing about her firm is it's an all-female firm,” Ryan said in his pitch.

“When you're through a divorce, I would imagine that you're very close to your lawyer and you tell them everything. It has what Sex and the City has, which is girlfriends. It has a bond of women trying to get through an experience together,” he continued. However, during the meeting she told Ryan she wouldn’t be able to focus on her own TV show until 2025, when she’d passed the bar exam.
She's been offered a role in another Ryan Murphy show (FX)Juggling her hugely successful businesses, including her shapewear brand, and her skincare line, as well as filming The Kardashians and being mum to her four kids - North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm - finding time to film another TV show would be difficult. “We have to build a sound stage outside your backdoor,” Ryan joked. While Kim told the cameras in a confessional following the meeting: “F**k, what did I get myself into? Can I really pull this off? But I think I can.”
