Earlier this week De Bruyne opened up on conversations he has been having with Michele over their future.
The couple have three children, Mason Milian, Rome and Suri, but De Bruyne has revealed how his wife is keen for an "exotic adventure".

De Bruyne told Het Laatste Nieuws: "For Michele, an exotic adventure is OK. These are also conversations that we are increasingly having as a family.
"I still have one year left on my contract, so I have to think about what could happen.
"My eldest is now eight years old and knows nothing but England. He also asks how long I will play for City.
"Once the moment comes, we will have to deal with it in a certain way."
De Bruyne, who has also been linked with a move to the MLS, earns £400,000 per week at Man City, making him the highest-paid player in the Premier League.
