Amazon is selling the perfect duvet to keep you cosy but cool this summer - and it's currently on sale. The Silentnight Deep Sleep Double Duvet is 7.5 tog and hypoallergenic, making it the ideal choice for your bed during the warmer months or if you suffer from allergies.

Shoppers can get their hands on the duvet for £20.36 for a limited time, with it usually costing £26. George at ASDA is selling the same duvet for £28, and Wayfair currently has it on sale for £22.10.

If you're after a lightweight summer duvet that will still keep you feeling cosy, the Silentnight duvet is a safe bet. It helps you to sleep more deeply as it is generously filled with hollowfibre for ultimate comfort and support, and is wrapped in a soft-touch cover.

It's kind to skin and doesn't include any contents likely to cause any allergies. The duvet is machine washable at 40 degrees and comes with a five-year guarantee.

Silentnight is the UK's most trusted sleep brand, with over 75 years' experience. It recommends using 4.5 tog and 7.5 tog duvets in the summer, 10.5 tog all year round, and anything higher in the winter.

Over 17,500 Amazon shoppers have reviewed the Silentnight Deep Sleep Double Duvet, with it receiving an average rating of 4.7 out of five. One person commented: "Amazing. This duvet is the best I've ever had, love it. Great material, perfect weight, so comfortable."

A second wrote: "I'm really pleased with this duvet which I bought a couple of months ago and have used ever since. I bought a 7.5 tog to replace a John Lewis one that was looking worse for wear. I was going to buy another John Lewis one, but as it was nearly twice the price I thought I'd try this, thinking it probably wouldn't be very good. Well, I like it much better - soft, fluffy, cosy but lightweight… All in all, a great buy."

Someone else added: "Very happy with my purchase. Very good value when compared to equivalents and well packed when received. No issues and it's very comfortable."

One customer, however, had a small issue with the duvet. They gave it four stars and explained: "The Silentnight Deep Sleep Duvet is incredibly comfortable and provides a cosy night's sleep. The quality of the materials is excellent, and it offers just the right amount of warmth without feeling too heavy. My only minor complaint is that it tends to lose some of its fluffiness after a few washes, but overall, it's a great duvet for the price."

You can buy the Silentnight Deep Sleep Double Duvet 7.5 Tog at Amazon for £20.36. George at ASDA is selling the same duvet for £28, and Wayfair currently has it on sale for £22.10. If you're looking for a different size duvet, Amazon also has the Silentnight Deep Sleep King Duvet for £27.27 and the Single Duvet for £16.15.
