Before the switch, Rita wore the same nude jumpsuit with a beaded 'necklace' that reached the ground, covering only the middle and back of her body and leaving her sides exposed.
The Met Gala theme this year was 'Garden of Time' and 'Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion', representing time and nature.

Rita explained that the beads from her necklace were handpicked from North Africa and Europe.
When congratulated about successfully getting up the stairs in the outfit by a reporter from Extra, Rita highlighted another problem she was set to face.
She said: "Yes, but now, going to the toilet's another thing, and I'll leave that there!"
Fans accused Rita of copying Kanye West's wife Bianca Censori's style.
On Instagram, one user commented: "Rita Ora, cosplaying as… Bianca Censori?"
Whilst another added: "Why is Rita Ora dressed like Bianca Censori?"
Another star who dressed in a revealing outfit was Emily Ratajkowsk, donning a mesh see-through dress adorned simply with embroidered nature-inspired patterns.
