Jack Grealish has been handed a tempting lifeline this summer after being snubbed for the Euros 2024 squad.
Wayne Lineker told the Mirror that Gareth Southgate's loss could be Ocean Beach's gain as he said the footballer was welcome to spend his summer at the iconic party venue instead of Germany after a strong reaction from fans.
It comes as England manager Southgate revealed his controversial line-up for the squad just days before England's friendly against Iceland - with bad news for Jack. The Man City star, 28, was one of seven players who failed to make the cut. Reports claim that Jack was left 'stunned and upset' by the snub.
The midfielder believed he had done enough in recent months before the season came to an end and had even arrived at the England training camp early. Despite his heartache over not being called up, Jack is said to have acted "professionally" and respected the manager's decision.
In the midst of his heartache, ex England striker Gary Lineker's younger brother, Wayne, has put an offer on the table for Grealish. Wayne, who is possibly best known for his love of summer beach clubs is no stranger to partying with Jack and it appears he has no plans to let that slow down any time soon.

Captioning the post, they penned: "BREAKING NEWS. Jack Grealish agrees 4-week loan deal to Ocean Beach – HERE WE GO." The post which has since racked up almost 25,000 likes was soon flooded with hilarious comments, including one from Wayne.
The businessman and former Celebs Go Dating star said he was fully on board with the idea as he told fans it was 'great news.'
Other fans agreed it would be the next best alternative for Jack this summer. "Enjoy yourself pal because Southgate doesn’t know what he doing," one fan advised him.
Another typed: "Go hit the beach vibes it's better then looking at Southgate's face in Germany."
Wayne told the Mirror: "Gareth’s loss is our gain. We love hosting Jack at O Beach Ibiza; he’s a great lad!"
Jack is joined by the likes of James Maddison, Curtis Jones, Harry Maguire, James Trafford, Jarrel Quansah and Jarrad Branthwaite, who have been given the cold shoulder by Southgate.
Reports claim that one senior member of the England squad had approached Southgate to confront him over his decision-making.
However, there is said to have been no argument or heated row when it came to letting Jack know the bad news. The striker is said to have taken the blow amicably.
Instead, the likes of Declan Rice, Harry Kane, Kyle Walker, Phil Foden and John Stones have been called up for the team. Speaking about his decision, Southgate said: "All the players took the decisions respectfully.
"And all the players believe they should be in, that's why they're all top players with that mindset. We have some players that have performed extremely well this season and other players have had stronger seasons. IIn the attacking positions we're blessed with a lot of options and Madders [James Maddison] and Jack give us something different.
