Theo found fame after joining the BBC's Sunday night staple as an expert in 2018.

Since being told by doctors that she had just two years left to live when her son Jonah was one years old, Theo has become a staunch campaigner and activist for brain tumour charities.

Theo has defied the odds after first receiving her diagnosis 23 months ago.

In a bid to remain positive and active, Theo has now announced that she is taking on a brand new challenge in order to raise funds for charirty.

She will be completing an abseil challenge in Aberdeen with the star explaining: "I’m heading to Aberdeen and abseiling down the King’s Tower, all 131 feet of it!

"The last time I did anything similar I was 19 – not exactly yesterday! If you can help me raise some funds (all for @braintumourrsch ) I’d be very grateful."

The star added of her brain tumour journey: "Today also marks 23 months since I was diagnosed with brain cancer.

"I really had no idea whether I would still be here when I was given the news that I had a brain tumour.

"I didn’t take a life expectancy, but I know my chances of still being well (so far) with no regrowth (so far) were not particularly favourable.

"I continue to find the mixture of emotions a rollercoaster, and little landmines of fear and upset go off without any warning at times.

"Behind the scenes I’m still working on tangible changes for us all and progress continues in Scotland which we could all benefit from."

Theo went on to confirm that she is still undergoing regular tests and that it kickstarts her anxiety amid fears over what they could say but admitted she was "hanging onto my old friend hope" in order for good news.

During her battle, Theo has admitted that her symptoms have gotten increasingly worse over time.

She suffers from fatigue, headaches, nausea and dizziness which have been known to have a damaging impact on her everyday life.

In February of this year, she wrote: "So my recent trips away are definitely catching up with me – do not let my photos fool you, the fatigue, the headaches, the nausea, the dizziness are all still there, and when I’m tired these symptoms/side effects really make themselves known."
