ITV had to apologise live on air after cameras caught Jill Scott dropping an F-bomb during Soccer Aid.

However, Scott was able to lead her country to a 6-3 triumph thanks to goals from Joe Cole, Ellen White, Steven Bartlett (2), Jermain Defoe and Theo Walcott.

But Scott, a 2022 Uefa Women’s Euro winner, was also responsible for another memorable moment after she was caught out with a foul-mouthed rant.

That moment came during the first half when she produced a brilliant touch to collect Jack Wilshere’s pass before then trying to find her ex-England team-mate White.
Unfortunately, Scott overhit her pass as the much-loved star shouted “f***” in frustration.
It did not take long for lead commentator Sam Matterface to move into action, as he said: “I don't know if you noticed it, I certainly didn't but there may have been, just may have been, some rather industrial language that emanated from Jill Scott's mouth when she missed the chance [to score], if that was the case, we do apologise!”

Of course, it is not the first time that the Sunderland supporting Scott has been caught making X-rated remarks.
She infamously told one of the German opposition in the Euro 2022 final win at Wembley to “f*** off you f***ing prick”.
BBC commentator Robyn Cowen dished out the apology, saying: “Apologies to any lip readers.
“Not sure you need to be one to figure out what Jill Scott thought of that.”
