Since the announcement of the election, Never Mind The Ballots has been broadcast five mornings a week.

The show has had more than 10 million views across all platforms as voters tune in to watch interviews with the biggest political names, including the Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer, James Cleverly, Wes Streeting, Nigel Farage and Liz Truss.

The programme has agenda-setting interviews, debates, exclusive polling as well as Sun readers’ opinions on what they really want from the next Government and who, if anyone, can win their vote.

The Sun's Editor-in-Chief, Victoria Newton says: “This is an important chance for Sun readers, who are always at the heart of British elections, to ask the questions that matter the most to them and their families.’’

Harry Cole said: “It’s time for the leaders to meet the readers - and I bet the readers won’t pull their punches. I’m delighted both sides have agreed to be put to the test in what is going to be a must-watch election moment.”

Produced by News Studios, Never Mind The Ballots: Election Showdown will be shown on thesun.co.uk and on YouTube on 24th June, from 5.30pm.

There will be limited access for the wider print and broadcast media to attend on the night with “spin room” facilities.
