Britney Spears has shared another worrying health update.
The 42-year-old Toxic singer revealed her health woes to her Instagram followers on Friday. Britney made headlines last week after an ambulance was called to the swanky LA hotel Chateau Marmont following reports the star was injured in an explosive fight with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, 37-year-old Paul Richard Soliz.
Less than 48 hours after the incident with her felon beau, the Princess of Pop shared a video of her severely swollen foot. In the clip, Britney claimed she had only twisted her ankle, slamming paramedics for causing “this huge scene which was so unnecessary”, adding: “All I needed was ice.”

The star previously shared a video of her walking on her hands in her LA hotel room (britneyspears/Instagram)However, Britney’s update on Friday seemed to suggest that her injury was much more serious, describing her foot as “broken” and adding there is a “huge chance” it could break again. The Gimme More hitmaker also said she had decided against surgery and wants to see if her body “knows how to heal itself”.

Sharing the concerning news with her 42.2 million followers, Britney posted two collections of photos with the same caption. The first featured a video of her travelling on an aircraft in a red dress, along with pictures of a colouring book, while the second featured two clips of her posing in the mirror and a photo showing several alcoholic drinks.
In the caption of the post, the troubled star wrote: “Walking on a broken foot … if i go fast it goes numb !!! I got surgery on my left leg three times … twice for my knee and once for my foot,” adding several leg and foot emojis.

Britney has denied reports that a fight went down between her and Paul (britneyspears/Instagram)She added: “They always said it can heal on its own but theres a huge chance it can snap and break again.” Describing that she was reluctant to listen to her doctor’s advice, she wrote: “Well I always did the surgeries and it was more painful afterwards so I’m being stubborn this time .. I’m gonna see if my body knows how to heal itself.”
Britney previously denied the reports that a fight went down between her and Paul, describing the news as “fake”. The Mirror has reached out to Britney’s representatives for comment on this story.
