A HUGE new Disney 'super land' is opening next month - with rides from three iconic films.

Visitors to the new Fantasy Springs at Tokyo DisneySea will be able to enjoy a range of new attractions and rides.

The lesser-known theme park is part of Tokyo Disney Resort which opened in 2001.

Its new land will open to park-goers on June 6, featuring areas and rides inspired by films like Tangled, Frozen and Peter Pan.

Located between Lost River Delta and Arabian Coast, Fantasy Springs has been described as "an entryway for guests into the magical worlds of these films" by the Walt Disney Company.

Rapunzel's Forest is among the new attractions.

The area inspired by the animated film Tangled is said to be the first Tangled-themed attraction to open at a Disney park.

Attractions include Rapunzel's Lantern Festival, where park-goers will be taken on a gondola ride that details the story of Rapunzel.

A themed restaurant called the Snuggly Duckling is also set to open at the park, serving dishes like Duckling’s Dream Cheeseburger.

Peter Pan's Neverland Adventure will be another new ride at the theme park.

Guests will soar alongside Peter Pan, Tinker Bell and the Lost Children as they try to save John from Captain Hook.

There will also be several Peter Pan inspired restaurants, including Lookout Cookout and Popcorn Wagon, which will serve roast beef flavoured popcorn for the very first time at a Tokyo Disney Resort.

Frozen Kingdom will also open in June.

There, park-goers will be able to board a boat adventure where they'll be taken on a voyage with Anna and Elsa.

The ride will feature popular songs from the original film as well as other memorable elements.

A themed restaurant called the Royal Banquet of Arendelle will also open.

Fantasy Springs will also be getting its very own themed hotel called Fantasy Springs Hotel.

The interior will feature Disney princesses as well as flora and fauna motifs.

The hotel will be made up of two buildings, including the Fantasy Chateau and Grand Chateau.

Fantasy Springs has already caught the attention of theme park fans across the globe, with website All Ears saying: "Tokyo DisneySea’s new Fantasy Springs land is truly one-of-a-kind."

Disney fans in the US were jealous of the news too, with one person writing on Facebook: "Please bring this to Walt Disney World."

Another added: "Tokyo getting Tangled, and I'm upset."

Despite its name, the Tokyo resort isn't actually owned by Disney.

Instead, the resort is owned by a Japanese company which pays licenses and royalties to Disney.

Spanning across 176 acres, there are already seven themed lands at Tokyo DisneySea, including American Waterfront, Mediterranean Harbour, Arabian Coast, Mysterious Island, Mermaid Lagoon, Port Discovery and Lost River Delta.

There are plenty of other themed rides already open to park-goers at Tokyo Disneysea, including live Little Mermaid shows, Flounder-themed rollercoasters and boat spinning cups.

Tokyo Disney Resort is also home to Tokyo Disneyland, which opened in 1983.

One unique ride visitors love is Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast, which takes guests through the castle before being part of the famous scenes singing along to the soundtrack.

These are spread across seven lands, all connected via the central World Bazaar.

This includes Tomorrowland, Adventureland, Westernland, Fantasyland, Toontown and Critter Country - all of which can be visited with one park ticket.

Disneyland Paris also plans to open a ride inspired by Tangled as part of a multi-billion pound expansion.
