HOLLY Willoughby opted to show off her natural beauty in a rare make-up free selfie.
The 41 year old This Morning host took to Instagram on her day off from the show, to post a picture of herself without an ounce of make-up on.
She teamed her look with her hair tied back, wearing a comfy blue woollen jumper.
She captioned the post asking fans: "What are you watching at the moment.. looking for something for the family."
This, however, is a far cry from images that emerged earlier this week when she was pictured behind the scenes during her Dancing On Ice photoshoot.

The mum of three will return to the ITV skating show later this month with co-host Philip Schofield.
With her glam squad on hand, Holly looked the picture of perfection as she posed in a £5k floor length sparkly silver strapless dress, with her blonde tresses sweeping her shoulders.
Holly teamed her outfit with a pair of high heeled sparkly shoes.
But things haven't always been plain sailing for Holly after she faced a backlash from fans, when she posted a snap of herself on holiday enjoying a cheese fondue.
Fans hit out as they believed she should be back at work on This Morning.
One fan wrote: "How about working.”
While another said: "Maybe just go back to work that you’re paid mega bucks for???? Just a thought.”
This comes after fans were left wondering why Philip and Holly still hadn't returned to the show after Christmas.
The presenting duo had started their Christmas break on December 9th and Holly had posted her snap a few days into January this year.
