Earlier this year she shared a snap of them together on social media and cryptically added: "Writing and planning @vanouten_denise @johnny_vaughan66 'To be continued’."
Denise joined the Big Breakfast in 1996 and hosted alongside Johnny until she quit in 1999 over a pay dispute.
Despite her briefly returning in 2000, Denise and Johnny both were forced to leave in 2001 when the show was axed.
