Jodie Turner-Smith has finally broken her silence on her ex's relationship with Lupita Nyong'o with a withering three-word quip.
The Anne Boleyn star, 37, filed for divorce from Dawson's Creek pinup, Joshua Jackson, 45, last year, citing 'irreconcilable differences'. The actor was said to be "heartbroken" after the split, but just weeks later was papped holding hands with 12 Years a Slave star, Lupita, 40 on a beach.
Jodie and Joshua, who were married for four years, agreed to joint custody of their daughter, Juno Rose Diana Jackson, four. Now, Jodie has spoken out about the father of her child dating Lupita, saying her main concern is 'co-parenting successfully'.
When asked about the romance, the actress quipped: "Good for them." She went on to add: We need happiness in order to peacefully co-parent. I'm trying to get us to the Gwyneth [Paltrow] and Chris Martin level." Continuing in The Cut, she said: "I truly hope they're happy and that it benefits us as a family."
The Acolyte star went on to explain what co-parenting with Joshua is like and how she's adapted to life as a single mother. Jodie explained: "I just have to do everything that I can to set Juno up to win and to peacefully co-parent with someone whom I once loved very, very much. Peace is what's needed right now."

According to court documents obtained by TMZ the former Without Remorse star filed the paperwork with her attorney, Laura Wasser, and asked for joint custody of their three-year-old daughter Juno.
In more details about the divorce it was reported that Jodie "was done" as a source told People: "Jodie loves being a mom. She also loves working, though it's unclear if her relationship with Joshua was strained by a desire to work." They added: "It turned into an unhealthy marriage that made her unhappy." The day before she filed for divorce, the couple attended New York Fashion Week together. The Mirror contacted Jodie and Joshua's representatives for comment at the time.
Jodie and Joshua met at his birthday party in 2018, where they were instantly smitten. They tied the knot a few months after meeting. The pair reportedly went to the Beverly Hills Courthouse and signed a wedding license together before most people even knew they were dating.
Since then, the couple have gushed about one another on social media and in interviews. It was Jodie who asked Joshua to marry him as the actor revealed during an interview on The Tonight Show. He recalled: "She asked me, yeah, on New Year’s Eve. We were in Nicaragua. It was very beautiful and incredibly romantic. We were walking down the beach and she asked me to marry her."
The former Fatal Attraction star continued that he was caught off guard by her proposal, adding that Jodie was "quite adamant" that they should get married. Joshua, then dramatically took the wedding ring off his finger and held it up in front of Jimmy Fallon, gushing: "This was the best choice I ever made."
