Honey Boo Boo looks unrecognisable as she shows off dramatic big lash makeoverJust earlier this week, Mama June showed off her impressive weight loss after the devastating death of daughter. She looked sensational in a blue dress after losing an astonishing 21 stone following gastric sleeve surgery. Mama June, who used to be 33 stone, revealed her slender frame in the floor-length number.
She beamed in a shot as she put her best foot forward following the sad passing of her daughter. Anna was diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal cancer back in January and her mother has announced she sadly died at her home on December 9.
Anna had been estranged from June since 2003, but the pair reunited following Anna's diagnosis. Mama June managed to fix her fractured relationship with her daughter Anna 'Chickadee' Cardwell in the months before her death at the age of 29.
After living with her grandmother for several years, Anna moved back in with her mum in 2012, but their reunion didn't last. The mother-daughter duo had been estranged for six years before reuniting earlier this year.
Anna and June have had a strained relationship ever since Anna left the family home in 2003 and moved in with her grandmother. She alleged that she had been assaulted by her mother's then-boyfriend, registered sex offender Mark McDaniel.
In 2014, Anna said McDaniel would "try and touch me and all that stuff" when she was just eight years old. "A week or so after it happened, I talked to Mama and she was upset, crying and saying, 'I don't believe you, I don't believe you, why would you do this to me?'" Anna told People in 2014.
Anna told her mum what McDaniel had done and said: "I can't do anything about it. You were never there to see it. You were always at work." After living with her grandmother for nine years, Anna returned to her mum's home in 2012 ahead of the premiere for Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. At the time, she explained they realised they needed to "put this behind us" and get their relationship back on track.
