Pussycat Doll Nicole looked amazing in skin-tight gym gear and trainers and wore her black hair in a ponytail.

Clearly not taking herself too seriously the former X Factor judge shared the snap on her Instagram story with a series of laughing emojis.

Nicole also posted another photo showing her looking the part as she posed while holding weights.

Fitness fanatic Nicole is no stranger to showing off her killer figure and recently stripped to a bikini in a clip of her playfighting with fiance Thom Evans.

Alongside the jokey clip Nicole wrote: "When you’ve taken a thousand pics and you still haven’t gotten that one, mortal combat.”

It's an exciting time for Nicole right now after she picked up an Olivier Award last month for her role in Sunset Boulevard.

She was awarded Best Actress for playing Norma Desmond in the theatre adaptation of the 1950 film of the same name.

Sunset Boulevard tells the story of Norma, a faded star of silent movies.

Living in a decaying mansion, Norma is desperate to return to her former glory and a chance meeting with a young screenwriter serves up just the opportunity.

Andrew Lloyd Webber, the man behind the music in Sunset Boulevard, heaped praise on Nicole and her vocal abilities ahead of the show's run at the Savoy Theatre.

He said: "Nicole is one of the finest singers I have worked with, and I can't wait to get started on this exciting show with her and the rest of this brilliant team."
