Once at the house, they are shocked to discover that person is dead, and there is an injured woman on the scene whose ex attacked her with a crossbow.

However, the emotions take a toll on him, and he ends up getting in a fight with a patient's boyfriend once in the emergency ward.
The situation escalates, leading to him punching the man in anger.
