DEVASTATED family and friends have paid tribute to a "kind and loving" teenager who died after being hit by a falling tree.
Police were called to Carlton in Lindrick, Nottinghamshire on Saturday at 11.21am after reports a boy had been seriously hurt.

The teenager had just finished his GCSEs the day before his tragic death.
Nottinghamshire Police said two men, aged 28 and 31, have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter in connection with the death on Saturday.

All three people arrested are in police custody.
Heartbroken friends and relatives of Kamil have organised a GoFundMe page to raise money for the youngster's funeral.
His cousin, Aleksandra Ostapczuk, put together the page for the boy's mother.
Aleksandra wrote: "On 15th June, my aunt’s 16 year old son tragically died.
"He just finished his GCSEs the day prior to the incident.
"We are trying to help her raise money to cover the costs of the funeral for him.
"Kamil was a kind and loving boy who was taken away from us way too early."
More than £4,000 has so far been raised towards the cost of the funeral.
The Carlton in Lindrick Club, in Worksop, is holding a fundraising event for Kamil on Saturday to help his family raise money toward his funeral.

The club has requested that anyone who wants to donate any prizes to be raffled off to bring them in before June 21.
An organiser wrote on the club's Facebook page: "There will be cake sales and donation buckets for anyone willing to help this local family at their most difficult time.
"They have asked for everyone attending to wear blue to celebrate his life."
Tributes to the youngster have been pouring in on social media.
Jimmy Smith wrote on Facebook: "So sad, RIP young lad, thoughts with the family."
Devon Rodgers wrote: "Rest in paradise Kamil, so young.
"You'll be remembered for your cheeky smile and the jokes you'd crack.
"Can't belive it was only yesterday I saw you on the way to work.
"Forever 16."
Another social media user wrote: "So sad, he only left school on Friday.
"Thinking of his family and friends at this very sad time."
