Angie Harmon's daughter, star of Law and Order, has been released from jail after making a pledge to the judge.

Avery Sehorn, 18, was arrested and charged with felony larceny and breaking and entering just days after her high school graduation. She was held by police but has now been released after giving a "written promise to appear" in court on June 28 instead of a bond.

Avery, who Angie co-parents with her NFL star ex Jason Sehorn, is now due to appear at Mecklenburg County Courthouse on June 28. No other conditions were attached to her release and she did not have to post bail.

Earlier this week, Avery was seen pouting in her mugshot after being arrested for allegedly breaking into a North Carolina nightclub after hours and stealing hundreds of dollars worth of alcohol. The owners of World Night Club told WCCB Charlotte that Avery and two 17 year old boys broke in through a back door, hid behind his bar and drank his booze.

According to a warrant obtained by WCCB, three recent high school graduates were accused of nicking six bottles of booze worth £380 ($500) last Thursday. The proprietor alleged that the trio scarpered through the back door when one of his staff members spotted them, but they were soon apprehended by the police.

The club owner informed the news outlet that he possesses CCTV footage of the crime taking place, but he has no intention of making it public. Following the incident, Avery and her two mates were arrested, and she was slapped with charges of felony burglary and larceny.

North Carolina police have since released her mugshot, in which she is seen donning a maroon top and pouting at the camera.
