In her caption, she wrote: "Wait till the end to see a big surprise, today marks 8 years together and 2 years married (we got married on our anniversary) and what a journey we are on…
"I really don’t know how I got so lucky. Also want to send a message out to all our friends and family who came to our wedding, we love you all so much and are still blown away by all of you coming & bringing the biggest party to the south of Spain!

Daisy, who played Kim Butterfield on the Channel 4 soap from 2014 to 2018, was seen undergoing an ultrasound scan in the video, which had been filtered into black-and-white.
Up until last year, her husband went by the name Luke Verdy, claiming he had been pressured to change it while at drama school.
The actor, who played Jesse Donovan in Hollyoaks, opened up about his experiences on Instagram, telling fans he'd reverting back to using his birth name.
Daisy's big announcement comes just a few days after she was cruelly mum-shamed her for allowing her son to wear a dress.
Sharing a message sent to her by the pre-school, Daisy said how happy she was that her two-year-old was allowed the opportunity to try on a dress, joining in singing and dancing with pals.
She added his curiosity stemmed from a group of four-year-olds who had previously told him "boys don't wear dresses" while playing at a play village.
She wrote: "I feel so passionate about this, not just in case Asa wants to wear a dress one day but to make sure he is never the child who bullies or puts another down for being ‘different’ which seems to happen from such a young age it’s scary!
"I can’t believe children’s innocence is taken away so early by gender normative views which doesn’t necessarily mean a homophobic parent is at home but it’s a parent that doesn’t care enough to actively bring it up and discuss it with their child. Rant over."
Daisy added: "I should also add he wasn’t wearing a dress in the play village. He was with his Nana but I believe he was also merely looking at the dressing up items when the boys needed to tell him this ‘fact’. "
Stacey Solomon says her life a 'mess' as she makes New Year's resolutionHowever, it didn't take long for trolls and followers to hit back at Daisy for allowing Asa to wear a dress - something she was quick to shut down.
One message read: "This is what is wrong with the world now. Is it normal for a little boy to wear a dress… no it’s not and personally I don’t want to explain to my son why other boys are wearing dresses!
"Are you also letting him decide what gender he is when he is clearly a boy?"
Covering their identity with a head-exploding emoji, Daisy shared the DM to her Instagram Stories and admitted she wasn't surprised.
"And here they are… crawling out of the wood work. I am laughing out loud that you think me letting my two year old play in a dress is him telling me he’s a different gender," she responded.
"He doesn’t know his surname, how on earth would he know that about himself yet? Why are you so scared? As parents we should want to nurture our children’s innocence, play, creativity and expression."
"I’m so sorry your kids haven’t been able to experience that and you’re so frightful of a little boy in a dress."
By this morning, Daisy had been inundated with loving messages to drown out the negative ones.
Thanking everyone for their kind words, she added that she hoped to educate others in allowing kids to play make believe and fancy dress however they see fit.
