Fitness guru Joe, known as The Body Coach, who became a household name with his lockdown workouts, and Rosie tied the knot in 2019 and were already proud parents to India, Marley, and baby Leni before welcoming their new bundle of joy into the world. Joe tends to keep his personal life under wraps, but he has shared insights into his family life before. He revealed his decision to homeschool his eldest daughter, India, stemmed from a desire to spend "more time" with his family.
When asked about the reasons behind homeschooling, Joe responded with a picture of India and explained: "There's really nothing more to the decision than we just love being together as a family and want to spend more with the kids while we can. She had a great year in reception but we have always loved teaching the kids at home and want the freedom to travel more and explore the world. She might go to school next year. We have no idea long term but want to do at least a year of home educating."
He also opened up about the challenges of adjusting to life with his new baby, Leni, which left him feeling "frustrated and stressed" Joe confessed to New magazine: "I'm used to getting eight hours. When I wake up and I've been woken up three or four times it really breaks your sleep," To cope with the stress, Joe emphasized the importance of physical activity: "I'm tired, I'm frustrated, I'' stressed when I wake up. My instant reaction is to move my body, to release it."
