The Love Islanders fear the villa has such bad juju they are attempting to spiritually cleanse the place to banish the bad atmosphere.
Contestants reckon the negative vibes throughout this year’s drama-drenched series must be cursed, so Harriett Blackmore - currently in her third love triangle - has attempted to perform a cleansing ritual by rubbing together her Pink Quartz crystals to rid the place of its negative energy.
Harriet is a big believer in crystal healing and takes her collection of stones everywhere she goes, including the villa, and announced she had been rubbing them together to try to help the vibes in Majorca on Monday.
Mum Kim tells the Mirror: “I would imagine she’s rubbed them away this last week. We also have a pineapple plant at home, too. When she was taking her driving test we were all talking to it - yes, she passed. We were told it brings good luck. Perhaps they should get a few in the villa as they are good for relationships too.”
Pink Quartz crystals are fittingly a symbol of love and are believed to heal negative emotions, and help control anger. Harriett has been left in tears numerous times throughout the series. Last night saw even the strongest couple, Ciaran and Nicole, have a wobble, and Joey Essex seems to have totally moved on from Samantha with his ex-girlfriend Grace. At this rate, Harriett - who is fed up with Ronnie - may need to ask producers for some sage to burn.
