The moment came after Carol shared good news with viewers, Jon and co-host Sally Nugent.
After downpours of rain in some areas, the presenter revealed drier days are on the way, with temperatures rising to 23C in London on Sunday and 24C on Monday and Tuesday.

For later on in the week, it was suggested some Brits could see temperatures "a little bit higher than that".
The prospect of sunny weather clearly excited Jon, but his hopes went up just a little too much.
He asked if the sunny days were here to stay, not realising he was jumping the gun.
Jon said: “Okay, I mean that looks lovely, doesn't it? Perfect for lots of people. Does this look like it's the beginning of a prolonged drier spell?"
After an awkward moment of silence, Carol replied: "Not necessarily..." before she burst out laughing.
The penny soon dropped as Jon replied: "Okay, right".
She added quickly: "Let's leave it at that for now, shall we?".
Despite the setback, it was clear Jon saw the funny side as he couldn’t help laughing, along with Sally.
