Learning a new life hack is a great feeling.

In recent weeks we've given you a lot of tricks to get you through. Previously, drivers just realised a rain repellent trick which costs nothing. A motorist explained how baking soda can be beneficial for your windscreen.

Now it's time to rev up your engines once again as this latest tip benefits drivers. Over on TikTok, car guru @master_driver666, who boasts 730,200 followers, showed how to open your boot easily.

Her caption read: "Do you know the hidden functions of the car trunk?" In the clip, she walks over to her vehicle then invites fans to "come and see". She said: "If your trunk opens like this, wrong so wrong! To put your suitcase in, you need to lift the trunk with your hands, only then can you put things in. What a hassle!"

She then claimed to teach fans how to adjust the trunk correctly so it can bounce up automatically. The TikTok user said: "Peel off this interior fabric, do you see it? This has a spring, the spring corresponds to three small holes. There is a first gear, second gear and third gear.

"Now this spring is mounted on the first gear, let's adjust it to third gear. Hold the spring in your hand, just pull it gently like this, pull it to third gear." After you've done that, put the fabric back and repeat for the other side. She concluded: "Okay adjustment completed, now let's see the effect, it bounced on its own."

Since she shared the savvy hack, the video scooped thousands of likes and hundreds of shares. One comment read: "Love you girl! Learned so much from you!" Another added: "Girl you rock!" While a third commented: "Thanks for the tip, I definitely learned so much."

Other users claimed their car doesn't have the adjustment, while some said it automatically bounces up for them. Does this hack benefit you? Let us know in the comments section!
