LOVE Island fans have spotted the moment that 'proves' Joey Essex and Grace Jackson 'didn't split up'.

The 25-year-old sent shock waves through the villa when she entered the villa as a bombshell with Tiffany Leighton and Wil Anderson last week.

The Islanders and viewers were shocked when it was revealed that Grace and Joey had a fling last summer - and it became very clear that they still have feelings for each other.

Many started to think that her arrival was "staged" and he "knew about it" and their split came into question after he brutally pushed his girl Samantha Kenny away.

Others have pointed out the exact moment that proves that the couple never went their separate ways.

Last night they spoke in bed about their connection shows that they never split up, as two exes wouldn't talk about that after a week back together.

Joey said: "I'm glad you're here because the connection we have is actually real and it's true. Do you know what I mean?

"I just hope that everyone will be happy for us."

One said on Reddit: "Despite all their talk about a messy breakup and Joey's apologies, their actions seem to tell a different story. As soon as Grace arrived, you could see their immediate connection, with both of them only having eyes for each other. "

Another added: ""It was the most half arsed attempt at pretending to "reconcile" I've ever seen. They didn't even give it a few days or even tried to make it believable, it's just so amazingly transparent that they were already an item and this was always planned out."

A third claimed: "The way they immediately slipped into calling each other babe, holding hands… plenty of casual intimacy that suggests they were in a relationship all along."

Joey had been coupled up with Samantha for two weeks before Grace arrived.

It became clear that the pair had unfinished business, and Samantha was getting pushed to the side.

Grace invited Joey for a saucy sleepover at a separate villa, and the exes couldn't keep their hands off each other.

Samantha then threatened to quit the show after Joey spent the night with Grace in the Hideaway.

After he told her what she was going to do, Samantha replied: “That’s fine…I’ve seen you kissing over there before…

"Bit out of order, don’t you think? I’ve just been crying in their two hours ago and then you are kissing on the daybed.”

Fizzing with anger, Samantha stormed off and said under her breath: "P**k, a**e wipe."

Earlier this week the Liverpudlian beauty was dumped from the Majorca pad after being coupled up with Joey for two weeks.

Samantha's mum and sister slammed Love Island and Joey after her exit, raging that the Towie star had ruined her experience.

The boys were allowed to choose which girl they wanted to couple up with, but new bombshells Wil Anderson, Tiffany Leighton, and Grace were given the first choice.

The make-up artist sadly wasn't picked.

Samantha's mum commented on Love Island's Instagram, expressing that Joey ruined her time in the villa.

She wrote: "You ruined my daughter's two weeks in the villa."
