Love Island's Samantha Kenny may have had to exit the villa in dramatic scenes this week on the reality TV show, but it seems that she has a celebrity fan back home.
Strictly Come Dancing's Giovanni Pernice has been found to have liked some of her photos on Instagram, as reported by OK! magazine. It includes a 'sultry' photo of her posing in a bedroom wearing a black dress and stockings.
The dancer, who is believed to have been dating model Molly Brown since around February, was one of over 3,000 people who liked the photo, which was shared in November last year but remains pinned at the top of Samantha's profile alongside two other highlighted posts. Samantha's photo features her taking a mirror selfie, with her YSL clutch bag resting on the bed behind her, and another photo in the same post shows a side angle. She captioned the post with a black heart and a lips emoji.
Viewers saw Samantha leave the villa on Tuesday night after being left single in the latest recoupling. She was seen leaving in floods of tears and expressed frustration towards Joey Essex, whom she had previously been coupled-up with.
She later said: "Obviously I am devastated to leave all of the girls behind but I am very excited now to see what my future holds and look forward to seeing what is next." She added: "I was true to myself and didn't feel like it was a waste of my time because I followed what I felt was right for me. When it comes to Joey, I think if I knew what I know now, I perhaps would have done things differently."
What Ola and James Jordan really ate and did to shed 7stIt was recently announced that Giovanni has left the Strictly cast in the wake of allegations about him by former dance partners. Addressing the situation, he said in a statement issued just days ago: "To my fans and followers. Every week, there are totally untrue stories about me in the media. As you know, I have always rejected any suggestion of abusive or threatening behaviour. The latest accusations are simply false.
"I am cooperating fully with the ongoing BBC investigation, which will determine the truth. As requested, I have stayed silent, but I am looking forward to the conclusion of the investigation and ultimately clearing my name and establishing the truth."
He concluded the message, shared on Instagram, by expressing his gratitude for the support he has received from fans. He wrote: "I am so happy to be back on tour. Thank you all for your continued support - your messages and love mean so very much to me. I will hopefully see many of you very soon and I look forward to clearing my name."
