Working somewhere like a Disney resort would be magical, as you're part of making people's wishes come true.

But one former employee shared the horrendous story where a family had their dreams shattered because they'd completely misunderstood a service that one of the hotels provided.

TikTok user @evansnead took to the site to ask a question to all Disney employees past and present, asking them what's the "dumbest thing" a guest asked them when they were at work at Disney - and @ohanainorlando was more than happy to share the "hilarious" thing that happened to her, which others claimed wasn't an "isolated incident".

@ohanainorlando said that she once had a guest who had been "checked in for hours", but they hadn't received their luggage, so they were getting a little concerned.

"They were using Disney's magical express service", she explained, sharing that staff members were "trying to track down their luggage", but having no luck with it. "We couldn't find it anywhere in our system, so we finally asked the guests where they left their luggage", the ex-employee explained.

Horrifyingly, the guests explained that they'd "left it on the front porch of their home because they thought the service was magical". The visitors were under the impression that there was a "magical bus that goes around all over the world" to "pick up people's luggage and send it to Disney World".

In the comments, someone wrote: "I can't even believe they managed to find their way from the house to the airport like damn." Another penned: "As a former resort front desk manager...this 100% is not an isolated incident. These people exist".

A TikToker said that they "didn't even laugh", instead, what the woman shared made her "really sad", and another said: "Me thinking they left their luggage at the airport but nah they took it a step beyond comparison."
