Prince William has shared an adorable selfie with Taylor Swift and his children.

The Prince of Wales uploaded the amazing picture with the US singer and his two eldest children – Prince George and Princess Charlotte. It comes after Taylor concert-goers spotted William dancing in the terrace as he watched the global superstar perform her hits.

William captioned the post: "Thank you @taylorswift for a great evening! #LondonTSTheErastour." Taylor echoed the sentiment with an adorable selfie upload of her own.

She shared a picture with William, George, Charlotte and her boyfriend Travis Kelce. Taylor captioned the post: "Happy Bday M8! London shows are off to a splendid start @princeandprincessofwales."

William celebrated his 42nd birthday while dancing to the pop superstar's hits at Wembley Stadium. Dressed in a buttoned-down shirt and blazer, he was spotted dancing to Shake It Off while on the terrace.

William attended the concert his cousin Zara Tindall and her husband Mike Tindall. The Princess of Wales stayed at home with Prince Louis.

The Prince of Wales has seen Taylor perform before and in 2013, he joined her and Bon Jovi on stage at a Centrepoint fundraiser in London, where they performed Livin' on a Prayer together. Meanwhile, Cara Delevinge, actress Salma Hayek and Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer were some of the other famous names in attendance on Friday.

Sir Keir tweeted a picture with his wife Victoria, captioned: “Swift campaign pit stop”. When asked about her performance on the campaign trail in South London, Keir branded Taylor "absolutely fantastic".

Sir Keir added: “What I learned last night is my daughter knows every album, every song, and every word of every song, and she wasn’t alone among the teenage girls who were there.

“It was utterly brilliant.” Taylor's American footballer boyfriend Travis Kelce flew in from the US to watch the singer perform.

The singer was seen waving at her boyfriend during the song So High School. Taylor will play Wembley Stadium on Saturday and Sunday before returning to the capital for five more dates in August.

Opening the show on Friday, she told the crowd: “What an absolute honour it is to say these words to you – London, welcome to the Eras tour. I’m going to say something that is going to sound crazy but it’s true – there are 88,446 people in this stadium.

“Look what you’ve done for us London, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thinking about how many people I’m looking at and how you could spend your time in the most exhilarating city in the world, especially on a Friday night in the summer on a beautiful day in London, and you decided to be here

“Thank you for all the effort you made to be here, dressing up to be here, memorising song lyrics to be here.”
