DANGEROUS PAST
This is not Guiry's only run-in with the law.
In 2013, the actor was arrested after headbutting a police officer during a drunken dispute at Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, according to TMZ.
Things went awry for Guiry after he was flagged by United Airlines for being too drunk to fly, according to Houston police spokesman Victor Senties.
At first, authorities offered to take Guiry to a sober center, where he could stay for a few hours and leave without any charges being filed.
“At that point, he [Guiry] gets agitated and makes repeated threats against the sergeant,” Senties said.
The sergeant decided to arrest the Gury for public intoxication, which infuriated the actor.
He then proceeded to allegedly headbutt the cop.
“He’s fine but he did suffer a laceration to the head,” Senties said.
Guiry was booked for assault, causing bodily injury to a public servant.
