But Bellingham also looks set for a busy period with his future under the spotlight.

The 18-year-old midfielder score seven goals in 45 games for Sunderland this season following last summer’s move from Birmingham.

And Fabrizio Romano claims Palace are now lining up a swoop as they look to revamp their squad under Oliver Glasner.

The Eagles added Three Lions prodigy Adam Wharton to their squad in January.

While Lazio’s Japanese No10 Daicha Kamada is close to a free transfer.

And Bellingham is seen as the missing piece to play a dynamic box-to-box role in the middle of the park.

Palace are working on trying to negotiate a deal with Sunderland.

But they are aware that interest in Bellingham is high, with several other Premier League and foreign sides keeping tabs.

And a move may come down to the player himself, with Bellingham seeing brother Jude thrive abroad at Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid.

Elsewhere, Palace are also in talks for Club Brugge winger Antonio Nusa.

The Norwegian is rated as one of Europe’s top young wingers and almost joined Brentford in January before failing a medical.
