Bebe Rexha will headline London Pride this weekend for what promises to be a full-on rainbow explosion across the capital.

The stars have just been announced for the event, which includes an extra layer of vibrancy with a free festival with six stages dotted around the city. Pride have confirmed the line up they say brings together LGBTQ+ icons, activists, diverse voices and sensational performers.

The Mirror will be an official media partner for Pride in London 2024 where thousands and thousands of people are set to take part in the parade from Hyde Park Corner through the city on June 29. Returning on Saturday for its 52nd year, Bebe will be sure to wow the crowds - and the singing star isn't the only one splashing on the glitter.

The event excitedly announced: "Pride in London is proud to announce the headliner of the Trafalgar Square stage: the multi-platinum hitmaker and 4x Grammy-nominated pop sensation Bebe Rexha. Bebe joins an incredible artist line-up which brings together LGBTQ+ icons, activists, diverse voices and sensational performers.

You can find out more about the parade route on its official site. Headliners for this month's Pride are expected to be announced shortly. Anyone can apply to take part in the parade. Watch out for The Mirror's branding and content, as well as an official parade group at the event which will march from Hyde Park Corner to Whitehall. Around 60 journalists, staff and partners will fly the flags on Saturday's parade.

Pride went on to detail more of what revellers can expect, saying: "At the iconic Trafalgar Square stage, headliner Bebe Rexha will be joined by House Gospel Choir, drag royalty Ginger Johnson, the cast of Moulin Rouge! The Musical, VINCINT, Matt Terry and many more. The stage, hosted by Will Njobvu and Asifa Lahore, will also include talks from the likes of Hallie Clarke, Jake & Hannah Graf, Nancy Kelley and Switchboard.

"The Golden Square stage, this year’s World Stage, will be hosted by Sandro Farmhouse (Great British Bake-Off) and Tash T, and will feature speaker Michael Gunning and performances from the likes of Keiynan, Cocoa Butter Club and Donnie Sunshine."

This year's pride campaign is #WeAreEverywhere, reminding everyone of the importance of LGBTQ+ voices and that what is today seen as a celebration, has its origins as a protest. This year, an incredible 35,000 people are set to take part in the parade.
