EASTENDERS fans are set to face another disruption to the soap's usual schedule.

Ongoing coverage of the UEFA Euros 2024 has taken up much of BBC One's evening timeslot.

Almost all of EastEnders' episodes have aired on BBC Two this week, as well as each being on a day after they were originally scheduled.

Usually, the long-running soap airs on Mondays to Thursdays on BBC One at 7.30pm, although the episodes are first put on iPlayer.

While EastEnders will air tonight on the flagship channel, it will be at a different time than viewers are used to.

The show will instead reach viewers' screens at the earlier time of 7pm.

Meanwhile, current affairs programme Panorama will be in the 7.30pm slot.

Despite the timings disruption, fans have been able to see several dramatic storylines play out in Walford.

Notably, three new members of the Mitchell family have arrived in the form of Teddy (Roland Manookian), Harry (Elijah Holloway) and Barney (Lewis Bridgeman).

Teddy is the half-brother of show legend Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick), with the latter being previously unaware Teddy or his sons existed.

In Friday's episode, which is already on iPlayer, there was an initial confrontation in the Queen Vic after Teddy was revealed as Billy's half-brother.

After Honey's (Emma Barton) suggestion, the Mitchells go to Phil's (Steve McFadden) home to discuss the situation.

In particular, Teddy wants to get to the bottom of who was responsible for putting Stevie in the hospital.

Other than Stevie and Phil, most are unaware it was in fact Will (Freddie Phillips) who was responsible.

Stevie had confronted him about stealing the charity money raised in Lola's (Danielle Harold) memory, which Will took due to being blackmailed.

With Stevie (Alan Ford) now having brought both strands of his family together, what could this mean going forward?

Over the past few weeks, viewers have also seen Harvey Monroe (Ross Boatman) develop a friendship with mysterious Albert Square newcomer Maya Houssain (played by Doctors actress Bharti Patel).

The pair have grown a bond over football, with Maya now also having met Harvey's partner Jean (Gillian Wright).

Although fans have been suspicious about Maya's motivations in forming their friendship.

What could be in store for Harvey down the line?
