The summer transfer window doesn't shut for a couple of months yet, but there is one important deadline looming for Premier League clubs.
The league's Profit and Sustainability Rules have been a big talking point over the last 12 months, with teams falling foul of the regulations. Everton and Nottingham Forest both suffered points deductions as a result last term, though both were still able to avoid relegation.
In order to comply with PSR, teams cannot lose more than £105m over a rolling three-year period. Those years are measured from July to June, meaning June 30 is a very important date for a lot of teams.
A number of deals have already been completed this summer, with Lewis Dobbin leaving Everton for Aston Villa and Tim Iroegbunam moving in the opposite direction, while Chelsea's Ian Maatsen and Villa's Omari Kellyman are expected to change clubs imminently. The moves follow some big sales from Premier League clubs this time last year, including Chelsea offloading the likes of Edouard Mendy and Kai Havertz.
As we tick towards June 30, there are a few more deals which could help ease the PSR burden on some teams while giving others important new additions to their squads. Here, Mirror Football looks more closely at a handful of potential moves.
Premier League odds and betting tipsJarrad Branthwaite - Everton to Manchester United
Branthwaite has been in high demand after a breakout season at Everton. The centre-back, signed from Carlisle as a teenager, was a regular at the back for Sean Dyche's side last term and earned a first England cap in June.
Manchester United have been admirers of the tall defender, and have already seen an opening bid knocked back. While they might not be prepared to meet Everton's lofty £70million asking price, an improvement on that first bid - worth around £34m plus add-ons - could be on the way.

United are undoubtedly in the market for a new centre-back, with Raphael Varane leaving upon the expiry of his contract. Funds for a new signing could be raised by the sale of Victor Lindelof, who is a target for Fenerbahce boss Jose Mourinho.
Douglas Luiz - Aston Villa to Juventus
Brazil midfielder Douglas Luiz has long been linked with a move away from Villa Park. However, after Arsenal previously saw multiple approaches knocked back, it appears Juventus have won the race.
Juve and Luiz appeared to have reached an agreement earlier in the summer, but the terms of the deal have provided a stumbling block. Juve have looked to send two players to Villa Park as part of the deal, though the identity of those two has remained up in the air with Weston McKennis among those to be floated and then ruled out.
Progress has finally been made, though, with Samuel Iling-Junior and Enzo Barrenchea on their way to the Premier League. Reports in Italy suggest Luiz was undergoing a medical with Juve on Thursday, leaving time to dot the Is and cross the Ts.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin - Everton to AC Milan
For a while, it looked as though Newcastle United was the most likely destination for England international striker Calvert-Lewin. The 27-year-old appeared set for a move from Everton, with youngster Yankuba Minteh heading the opposite way.
The Magpies threw a spanner in the works, though, pulling out of the race for Calvert-Lewin just days before the June 30 deadline. However, the striker could still be on the move.
World Cup hero wants Man Utd move as doubts over Harry Maguire's future growBefore Newcastle withdrew, The Mail reported that AC Milan were keen on signing another Englishman to join Fikayo Tomori and Ruben Loftus-Cheek at the San Siro. The Rossoneri are looking for a replacement for Olivier Giroud, who will move to Major League Soccer side LAFC this summer.
Yankuba Minteh - Newcastle to Brighton
Despite Newcastle's Calvert-Lewin stance, Minteh could still find himself on the move. However, according to The Sun, the £40m-rated starlet has turned down a move to Lyon.
Minteh spent last season on loan at Feyenoord, catching the eye as they finished second in the Eredivisie under Arne Slot. Now, though, he is said to be determined to stay in the Premier League.
The asking price for the Gambia international could prove too steep for Everton if they're unable to get full value for at least one of their other big names. Brighton are also reportedly keen, though, and Minteh could help kick-start the Fabian Hurzeler era on the south coast.
Morgan Gibbs-White - Nottingham Forest to Newcastle
Despite missing out on European football thanks to Manchester United's FA Cup win, Newcastle are still looking to strengthen their squad. Money for Minteh could help in that regard, allowing them to move for Gibbs-White.
The Nottingham Forest playmaker was a rare bright spark last season as Nuno's team left it late to avoid relegation. The former England youth star ended the season with five goals and 10 assists, showing why Forest parted with a club-record sum to sign him from Wolves in 2022.
Newcastle themselves could be forced to sell players this summer, with big of clubs prepared to move for the likes of Alexander Isak or Bruno Guimaraes if they become available. It could make for an interesting summer for Eddie Howe's side, both before and after June 30.
