Who is Ruby Dale?

Ruby Dale is a new bombshell who's arriving just in time for one of Love Island's biggest challenges — the treachery and temptation filled Casa Amor.

But as she only has a limited amount of time to make an impression and get the boys' heads turning, it's sure to be a week filled with plot twists to test even the strongest bonds on the island.

Keeping her answers short but sweet, when asked what her approach on the show would be, Ruby said: "I am going to be a very dramatic Islander, a very loud Islander and a very entertaining Islander."

And in terms of what her fellow Islanders should know, she declared ominously: "I always get what I want."

What does Ruby Dale do?

She applied for the show to find someone with "a brain".

In terms of who she thinks fits the bill so far, Ruby said: "Wil seems kind and intelligent. He seems lovely."

And Ruby's not playing around, as when asked what she'd put about herself on a dating profile, she revealed she's after something more serious: "5ft 2 and looking for a husband?!"

When is Ruby Dale appearing on Love Island?

Ruby is on Love Island from Sunday June 30, 2024 as part of Casa Amor.

During Casa Amor the boys and girls are split into two groups, before one group heads over to Casa Amor to meet new bombshells.

It is a test to see if the Islanders are tempted to explore new connections or stay loyal to their existing partners.

An insider told The Sun about this year’s Casa Amor: ”There's some girls the lads will recognise — for good and bad reasons.

"There's exes, situationships, conquests and affiliations.”

While another source told The Sun: “This is the earliest ever use of Casa Amor.

“It means three fledgling relationships will be put under strain at a very early stage and produce maximum drama.

“Just like how the No Invite Needed approach to this year’s Hideaway is giving the Islanders more freedom to explore their connections away from the rest of the villa, bosses are keen to fully utilise external locations to ramp up the action.”

New episodes of Love Island air from Sunday to Friday on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm, while Love Island: Aftersun is broadcast every Sunday at 10pm.
