Glastonbury might be coming to a close but there are still plenty of festivals left to enjoy this summer, and one thing no good festival goer should be without is the right shoes. From braving muddy fields and potential rain to spending hours dancing and walking miles between stages and campsites, a great pair of shoes should be at the very top of your festival packing list. After your tent, obviously.

If you need a little bit of inspo about which shoes to pack, allow Glasto’s celebrity attendees to be your guide. With big names like Cara Delevingne, Anya Taylor-Joy and Sienna Miller all spotted at the festival wearing everything from wellies to walking boots, their chic shoes are guaranteed to be a great choice for your next festival.

If wellies are more your thing when it comes to festival footwear, take a leaf out of Hana Cross’s book, as the model stepped out wearing a pair of Le Chameau’s Women's Chasseur Neoprene Lined Boots, . Unlike your regular wellies which tend to hurt your feet after a couple of hours traipsing around, Le Chameau’s give you amazing arch support which stops your feet getting tired, and have shock-absorbing soles which stops those aching heels after an afternoon dancing.

They’re also 100% waterproof, and have a neoprene lining that makes them lovely and warm even when the temperatures drop – perfect for wearing everywhere from festivals to winter dog walks. You can also pick from a choice of five different calf fittings, so you can get the perfect fit.

Sienna Miller, on the other hand, gave her wellies a slightly more modern twist with a pair of ankle length Barbour Wilton Wellies, , which she styled with some balloon leg jeans and an oversized shirt.

The shorter length boots are ideal for taking up minimum space when packing, whilst still giving you some much-needed waterproof protection from the elements. They’re also much easier to pull on and off than full length ones.

You might have missed out on Glastonbury, but with festival season only just getting started, there’ll be plenty more opportunities to turn out some celeb-approved footwear this summer.
