Arsenal's costly season ticket prices are set to increase by a whopping 10.3 per cent in a damaging blow to fans.

With the 2023/24 campaign having coming to a close, the season ticket prices of 70 Premier League and EFL clubs for the 24/25 season have since been released. Among the increases are Arsenal's prices which have gone up by 10.3 per cent compared to last season. The Gunners are now charging £1,073 for their cheapest adult tickets next season in information collected by the Reach Data Unit.

That pricey figure ranks more than any other club charging for their cheapest tickets, which is an increase of £100 compared to last season. It is also the largest price jump in the country.

Across the decade, Arsenal have increased season ticket prices by 5.8 per cent as they charged £1,014 for an adult season ticket in the 2014/15 campaign which was £249 more than the second most expensive prices which were set by north London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

Arsenal are just one of 70 clubs that announced price rices with the cheapest new adult season tickets at 47 clubs set to increase by an average of £35.43 each while 19 clubs have frozen prices with a mere four in the English football league reducing them.

While Gooners may feel slighted by the high price to watch their club on a weekly basis, they might be comforted by the stunning football being presented on the pitch by Mikel Arteta and his side.

It was a second consecutive runners-up finish for Arsenal in the Premier League but they took Manchester City all the way to the final day of the season before claiming a historic fourth title in a row.
