EAGLE-EYED Emmerdale fans spotted a major clue that Ella Forster has a surprise link with serial killer Meena Jutla.
ITV viewers know that suspicions have been growing about who Ella (Paula Lane) really is, especially since Leyla Harding (Roxy Shahidi) found out that Ella isn't her real name.
The surgery receptionist has been acting shifty and clams up whenever she’s confronted about her past.
Taking to Reddit, one fan noticed a major clue which may reveal Ella's true identity.
Sharing a photo of a newspaper from last night's episode, the paper was next to Ella's bag and had Meena (Paige Sandhu) on it.

They wrote: "I couldn't help but notice this in last night's episode. It's a news paper with Meena's charges as front page news.
"This has to be an old article since it just doesn't make sense for it to make the headlines years after it happened (especially since it seems to be talking about either her being charged or sentenced).
"And since they were next to Ella's handbag, it's fairly safe to assume it's hers. What would she be doing with an old newspaper about Meena? Maybe I'm reading too deep into this."
Meena is believed to be in prison serving a life sentence for a string of murders including the murder of Ella's partner Dr Liam Cavanagh.
Some fans are sure Ella and Meena were pictured together in her childhood photo, while others suggested they might have met up in prison and are cooking up a revenge scheme together.
Ella has freaked out at the mention of Meena while becoming closer with Liam, the dad of one of her victims.
Now one fan has suggested: “So I have this theory that Ella has some link to psycho Queen Meena.
"A deranged fan perhaps, after she met her in prison, and now the Docs receptionist is out to quietly wreck Manpreet, Liam and Dawn’s lives - she’s already got close to them. Look out Jacob!”
Other fans were quick to agree as one wrote: "I’m swaying towards Ella having done time inside, perhaps something as a child.

"Thinking accidentally killing her friend that was in the picture with her under different names, then guiltily checking in with the victims relative June?
"Not sure when Leyla and Suzie said the article was they found with Ella in and if that ties up with Meena in jail."
